This site is an extension of Add Lighting Limited, our production plant in New Zealand. Register with us for updates and news as we are constantly adding new products to our catalogue.
Note: Unless specifically designated, luminaires do not include lamps.
WHEN PLACING YOUR ORDER There are three ways for you to place your order:
PRODUCT COST AND DESCRIPTION All products will be sold at prices listed. Product prices are subject to change without notice. Modification and improvement to our products are constantly being made. Descriptions, illustrations and prices are therefore not binding. Note: ALL LISTED PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE GST.
GUARANTEE Covers faulty materials (excluding lamps) and workmanship only and are void in the event of incorrect installation or use. UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED THE PERIOD OF GUARANTEE IS TWELVE MONTHS FROM DATE OF PURCHASE.
CLAIMS All claims for short supply, damage or faulty goods must be made within 14 days of delivery. Note: 20% restocking fee may apply.
PAYMENT INFORMATION ADD Lightings accepts all orders placed through the web, phone, and in-store purchases. ADD Lighting Limited supports Direct Credit, Online Banking, Cash on Delivery or Cheques. Note: Add Lighting Limited reserves the right to clear cheques and validate transactions.
FREIGHT Domestic orders over the value of $250.00 are freight free for deliveries within New Zealand. Express deliveries may incur additional freight cost.
DELIVERY We deliver in-stock orders placed before 5pm EST/EDT the same day we receive them. Please note that this applies to International delivery also to any addresses, and only to business days, when transport delivery is operating. For destinations within the continental New Zealand and Australia, we use our preferred company, however you may suggest us your delivery preference. Check also for rates on shipments outside of the New Zealand. Rush delivery is available within the New Zealand, Australia and Asia Pacific region.
